The Oakridge Optimist Baseball Association is the recognized association offering organized baseball programs for youth of all ages within the Oakridge area of the City of London as defined by the geographical boundaries of the Optimist Club of Oakridge Acres Inc. and the geographical boundaries recognized by the London District Baseball Association as Oakridge.

The Oakridge Optimist Baseball Association is a committee of the Optimist Club of Oakridge Acres Inc. and as such under its direction. Any volunteer, participant and/or member of the Executive Committee of the Oakridge Optimist Baseball Association is therefore bound by this operating policy and procedures, the Code of Conduct, Volunteer Selection, Vulnerable Persons Volunteer Police Screening as developed and followed by the Optimist Club of Oakridge Acres Inc.

The Oakridge Optimist Baseball Association is a member of the London District Baseball Association, Ontario Baseball Association and associated with the Provincial Women’s Softball Association, and the Tri-County Girls Fastball Association.

The Oakridge Optimist Baseball Association is comprised of volunteers filling positions of the Executive Committee who work under the direction and principles of the Optimist Club of Oakridge Acres Inc.
