Oakridge offers a range of options in our baseball program. All of these options have a focus on skill development.

Programs offered

  • Blastball (mixed gender ages 3-5 from late May-July) A great beginning program to introduce the basics of baseball in a fun filled way. This baseball activity prepares very young players for T-Ball. Blastball teaches five core basic baseball skills: throwing, catching, fielding, hitting and running.
  • T-Ball (mixed gender ages 5-7 from late May-mid August) The T-Ball program introduces or continues to develop the fundamentals of baseball (throwing, catching, fielding, hitting and running). The season consists of one game and one practice per week. Our program stresses fair and equal play for everyone.
  • House League (mixed gender)-House League is all about having fun, developing the core skills of basball, while making friends in a supportive organized team sport. Our program stresses fair and equal play for everyone.
  • Competitive Program (mixed gender) The competitive program provides an opportunity for your player to play baseball in a competitive setting. Players are selected by "try-outs" which occur in early spring. Our teams play in the London and District Baseball Association across the City. The focus of this program centers on skill development, player performance and team growth. A commitment of 1-2 games per week, practices and tournaments will provide a season of fun and enjoyment.
